CLEAR WATER.

Here I am, Aiming. Being injured as an athlete is definitely not easy. It’s a real hard daily situation to deal with. People might be saying: ‘There are worst things in life and it’s just a knee, a hand, a shoulder or just a little step back’. Yes, they are right, no doubt bout it. But when you are actually living the situation that’s not what you want to hear. Yes, being positive is key but it’s not easy to think positive when everything seems like falling. BUT STOP and AIM, I say. Aim on something good that you love or on the reasons why you are passing through this right here, right now.

It’s now time to step back, accept what’s going on, think, deal with it and aim. Figure out what you need to do to heal yourself of the things that ail you. I’m now focusing on what I want to get done while healing. Theirs different ways to live it and it’s your turn to find positive actions to bring you where you want. I finally found mine and one of them is what I’m writing right now and will post on this blog. AIM.

Ups and downs come and go, but it’s important to live them and learn through them. Try and push those negative vibes away and find courage. Courage to wake up on the real side, to live those down’s and learn to climb back on top. Its time to push yourself to a whole new level, built you up and grown you down. Courage is to continue what you were doing or about to achieve and just believe in you. It’s not the position you stand but the direction in which you look.

Life can have edgy turns and rocky roads, but soon or later it all make sense. Baby steps toward what you want. To set and accomplish small goals everyday is a good way to start feeling better about yourself. It makes you stronger, mentally and physically. Conquer your fears and let go of the hurt and the traumas that keeps you from being the best you can.

Clear your mind, clear your soul and focus.
Let it be and Let it be you.
Become clear as water.

It's on, what you'll see is what I do to keep focusing on what I want for 6 months.
If it can help you, enjoy.
